– to meet your requests and to respond to your inquiries

We do not collect sensitive data.

What type of information do we collect?

We collect the data you send us in an e-mail or through a contact form. If you are under 16, you will need parental/guardian consent.

We collect data even if you use our web pages.

Legal obligations

We are obliged to process some of your data on a legal basis. Those datasets will be processed according to the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

We are obliged to forward your data to the competent authorities of judicial and executive powers if they require the data from us based on legal grounds.

All the data you send us needs to be complete and correct. You also agree that we contact you in case we need to confirm your identity.

How long do we keep the data?

The records required by law will be stored as long as there is a legal obligation for them.

The other data will be kept for a year.

In case you gave us the consent to send you the advertisements, we will send them to you until you inform us that you don’t want them anymore.

All your data will be within the EU. We do not transfer the data to third countries.

If there will be a need to transfer the data to third countries, the transfer will be done n accordance with the GDPR.

The Right to Erasure – upon your request, if it is within range of legal limits, we will erase your data.
